The county will start foreclosure in less than 15 days if they do not pay $3200. Is it legal to sell the house on land contract without disclosing the tax situation? Wouldn't the buyers be screwed if the sellers do not take care of the back taxes before

Anyone who buys will learn about this anyway. A title search will reveal this very quickly.

My neighbors want to put a fence up that will be two or more inches into my property. Will this be a potential problem when I go to sell my house? I do not plan to move for at least five years but do not want this to be an issue in the future.

I am trying to develope my property, but need to have a 4 bedroom 3 bath frame home removed. The house was built in the early 60's and needs some repair (bathroom floors ect...). What do I need to do to sell it and have it removed from my property?

List it for sale with the condition that it is moved within a time frame. I see houses sell that way quite often and they sell well. Keep in mind the price needs to be a lot lower since they have to pay for it to be moved and they know your counting on
